The right box:
In order for the box not to be rejected by the airline, it must have the following properties:
- Metal mesh door on the front
- The top and bottom must be screwed together
- Air slits on the edges and back
- No other openings
- No wheels on the bottom
The right size:
In order to determine the correct size of the transport box, you should measure your animal from the floor to the top of the head. The length can be done without the tail. With this information, we can offer you the correct size of the box, or if you have your own box, determine whether it can also be used in this way.
The species-appropriate journey:
This diagram gives you an idea of how big the box should be so that the animal can have the most comfortable journey possible. You should make sure that the animal can stand and sit upright in the box without its head or ears touching the top of the box.
